Esther Cromwell was born in Sierra Leone, Africa. She was raised in Africa and Manhattan, New York. She attended college in New York and moved to Maryland where she met her husband. They moved to Raleigh, North Carolina as her husband was transferred with work. He worked long hours and they had a neighbor that was elderly and needed a little extra care. She enjoyed coming home after work and checking in on her neighbor. She fell in love with caring for her neighbor and decided to get into the business of caring for many more! She was looking for a facility, she was on a lunch break, she shared with her co-worker what she was looking for. Her co-worker offered to purchase the first facility and rent it to her. She was off and running! It took two years to obtain the proper approvals and permits. She persevered and her patients started moving in. She has now expanded to many facilities and is a true American Success Story! Her company has done so well that they are now franchising!
