Nick Edwards was born and raised in Brainerd, Minnesota. He loved being outdoors as a kid growing up. Nick admired a lot of the greats in major sports throughout his life. He attended college at North Dakota State and earned his degree in Physiology. Injury cut his athletic career short and he got hooked on MMA. After graduating, Nick became a team physiologist for NDSU. Then he started working with a number of professional teams like the Avalanche, the Nuggets and the Rapids. He specializes in helping these professional athletes manage their training so they don’t overtrain their bodies. Nick helps these athletes extend their careers. He analyzes a number of factors to help these athletes and teams manage every aspect of their training, diet and conditioning. In addition, Nick and his partner, Marques Colston are working to bring physiology management, investment and venture capital management to the public.
