We had the privilege of meeting with Alan Nevin to interview him. We spoke about Alan’s life story, his book The Great Divide and his new book The Next Half Century that is scheduled to be available September 15, 2023. We even had the opportunity to talk about his next book that should be finished in a year. Alan is one of our favorite people and we believe he will be one of yours as well.
With more than 30 years in practice, Mr. Nevin has an extensive background in providing market strategies for new and repositioned projects; financial and economic analyses; fiscal impact analyses; and advice on real estate repositioning and succession planning. He presently serves as Director of Economic Consulting Group at GAFCON, San Diego
based construction management and advisory firm.
Mr. Nevin brings to GAFCON an extensive background in real estate development, real estate investment economics, lending and market analysis. He has completed a wide range of feasibility and valuation studies in the sale housing, apartment, senior housing, retail, office, industrial and hotel. He serves the development, lending and investment community with a broad range of services, including:
